JCC Women's Basketball looks to get back to Winning this Weekend

JAMESTOWN, NY - The Jayhawks' women's hoops team has lost three straight after starting the season with a 10-point home win. The losses knocked Jamestown Community College's record down to 1-3 on the year.

The Jayhawks' struggles come from the field, shooting 31.3% on field goals and 28.3% from three. If Jamestown can solve the shooting woes, they can even its record quickly with a pair of games at Monroe Community College this weekend in their basketball classic.

The ladies take on Sullivan County Community College on Saturday at noon. They follow that up with a 10:00 AM tip on Sunday vs. Bryant and Stratton (Albany).

These two games are part of eight in a row away from the JCC PHED Complex. The Jayhawks don't return home until they host the Jayhawk Classic scheduled for December 2nd and 3rd.
