Jayhawks Finish Fourth in Panther Invitational

CORTLAND, NY - The Jamestown Community College golf team brought home a fourth-place finish from the Panther Invitational hosted by Tompkins Cortland Community College over the weekend. JCC carded a 343, just three strokes off of a top-three score. Jamestown was 29 strokes ahead of fifth place, a good distance from the rest of the nine-team field.

The Jayhawks were led by Brady Fye, who posted a 78, and Jackson Sandoff and Athanasios Bakas finished in the 80s. Maxim Johnson put up a 95, with Spencer Bell and Colton Cappalino rounding out the group with a 108 and 103, respectively.

JCC returns to the tee box on Friday, April 19th, when they travel to Hudson Valley Community College. On Saturday the 20th, they're at SUNY Adirondack, and on Sunday the 21st, they visit Mohawk Valley.
