Coach Todd Conklin was named the Men's and Women's Swimming and diving head coach in the fall of 2019

During the 2022-23 season, Conklin coached the women's team to NJCAA Region 3 Runner-Up.

There Madison Kramer was named the NJCAA Region 3 Swimmer of the Meet and the NJCAA Region 3 Swimming & Diving Swimmer of the Year.

While at regionals, Conklin coached 20 all-region honorees en route to being named the NJCAA Region 3 Women's Swimming & Diving Coach of the Year.

Conklin led the women's team, which had five individual All-Americans to go along with Madison Kramer being named the 2023 NJCAA Swimming & Diving Non-Scholarship Swimmer of the Meet and Athlete of the Year.

During his second season in 2021-22, Conklin led the women's team to their second consecutive NJCAA Swiming & Diving Non-Scholarship National Championship, with Tia Moppert being named the NJCAA Swimming & Diving Non-Scholarship Swimmer of the Meet.

While at nationals, Conklin had 14 individuals earn All-American status, with four relays also earning the honor.

At regionals, Conklin led the women's team to NJCAA Region 3 Runner-Ups with 15 total all-Region honorees.

In 2021, Conklin coached the women's team to the 2021 NJCAA Non-Sholarship Championship while also coaching both the men's and women's teams to the Region 3 and WNYAC Championships.

Under his guidance, Karianne Yuchnitz became the first-ever women's National Champion competing in the 50-yard freestyle.

To go along with the one national champion, Conklin also had nine All-American placings.

Conklin had 44 total All-Region honorees.

Todd is a 1995 Graduate of Panama Central School and a 2000 Graduate of Salem-Teikyo University in Salem, West Virginia.

Conklin comes to JCC after many years at Panama Central School where he held the position of Head Lifeguard /Fitness Director as well as the Head Coach for both the Boy's and Girl's Varsity Swim Teams.

He's coached all levels of swimming for over 20 years, including STAR swimming and other various youth organizations.

While at Panama Central School, Todd implemented swim classes/water safety classes for students in grades K-4 and hopes to enhance swimming programs at JCC.

He resides in Ashville, N.Y., with his wife Andrea, and two children, Jacob and Evan.
