With three minutes remaining in overtime, Tyler Pride picked an opportune time to notch his fourth goal of the season as Jamestown Community College (3-10-2, 2-10) posted a 3-2 NJCAA Region 3 Division III win over visiting Fulton-Montgomery CC (5-4, 5-4) on Saturday.

Pride ripped his shot from 22 yards out for the game-winner, courtesy of an assist by Jackson Rybicki

"We had a really good effort today. We outshot them and out-corner kicked them," said Jayhawks coach Pat Anderson. "I was very pleased with our effort. I think we showed more of what we are capable of doing."

Jamestown CC was able to come back for the win after Jack Albertin put the Raiders on the board first with a penalty kick five minutes into the game. It was not until 40 minutes into the opening period that Ray Amborski was able to even the match with an 18-yard strike, courtesy of another Rybicki assist.

The Jayhawks then used that momentum to take a 2-1 lead, this time with Amborski setting up Felipe Diaz for a header just before halftime.

It was Aiden VanLowan who evened the match at 2-2 with an assist coming from Albertin at the 15-minute mark of the second half. Nick Mole finished the win with four saves while Jared Rubin collected eight for the Raiders.

Jamestown CC will travel to Erie CC for a 4 p.m. game on Wednesday.
