JCC Volleyball Can't Get Over the Hump Against Niagara

JAMESTOWN, NY - The Jamestown Communiy College (JCC) volleyball team lost 3-0 to SUNY Niagara Thursday night, but each set saw the Jayhawks scrap until the end.

JCC lost those three outings 25-18, 25-15, and 25-19 with a lead in two of the three sets.

Jamestown was led in points by Payton Lewis' six; the freshman also had the most total attacks (24), while Ao Ogawa topped the team in digs with eight.

The loss knocks JCC down to 1-9 on the season.

There's no time to bemoan the defeat. JCC hosts a POD on Saturday morning with SUNY Adirondack, Genesee Community College, and Hudson Valley Community College coming to Jamestown.
