Jayhawks defense does its part

The JCC Jayhawks Men's Soccer Team (1-4-2) went on the road to face the Saints of Mercyhurst North East University (0-5-1).  The Jayhawks and Saints played a defensive matchup which saw both teams fail to score a goal in the first have leaving the score 0-0.  There was more of the same in the second half, as neither offense was able to penetrate the goal and the game ended in a 0-0 tie.  The Jayhawks did have many attempts on goal, 13 total, with #10 Raymond Amborski (Westfield) leading the way taking 4 shots on goal; and #9 Jackson Rybicki (Jamestown) taking 3 shots on goal.  The Jayhawks defense was led by #8 Jordan Lymberis (Australia) who recorded the shutout with saving all 3 shots on goal he faced.
