Men's Basketball Set to Host CCAC Saturday Evening

JAMESTOWN, NY - The Jamestown Community College men's basketball team returns to the court on Saturday, January 20th, when they host CC of Allegheny County in a non-conference matchup at 6:00.

JCC had its last two games postponed due to inclement weather. The delay in action has the guys ready to get back to business.

The last time we saw the Jayhawks, they defeated the St. John Fisher (JV) Cardinals inside the PHED Complex, 113-78.

Jamestown was led by freshman Jhamien Smith, who scored a game-high 26 points and added seven rebounds.

Samad Bailey made his Jayhawk debut and poured in 20 points with five assists.

The duo from Erie High in Erie, PA, will be an important part of JCC's success moving forward.

The win moved Jamestown to 4-9 on the year.

The 35-point differential was the biggest of the year for the Jayhawks.

If you can't make it to the game, it will stream on the SUNYJCCJayhawk YouTube Channel.

The men and women are back home on Wednesday at 7:30 and 5:30. That game is a WHITE OUT, so please support your Jayhawk athletes by wearing white to the game.

After the WHITE OUT event, the men aren't back on the homecourt until Friday, February 9th, when they host CC of Beaver County.

The Jayhawks have five straight road games scheduled in between.
