CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The last of the academic awards came in for Jamestown Community College, this time with the announcement of the NJCAA Academic Teams of the Year and NJCAA All-Academic Teams.
BATAVIA – The first batch of academic award have come in for Jamestown Community College student-athletes, having 45 representatives on the 2021-22 Western New York Athletic Conference Academic All-Conference Team. The Jayhawks’ 45 representatives lead the way in the conference with the next school having 38 representatives out of the four institutions within the conference.
JAMESTOWN – It seems like it has been a lifetime since the Jamestown Community College Athletic Department have all gathered at the end of an academic year to enjoy one’s company and celebrate the accomplishments of one another under one room.
JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Community College has named the fall 2021 full-time Dean’s List for academic excellence. Out of the students that we named, 33 student-athletes qualified.
CANANDAIGUA - The Jamestown Community College cross country team competed at the 2021 Region 3 Cross Country Championship Saturday morning, hosted by Finger Lakes Community College.
JAMESTOWN – This weekend, the Jamestown Community college cross country team will competing in the Region 3 Cross Country Championships tomorrow morning, hosted by Finger Lakes Community College.
ROCHESTER - The Jamestown Community College cross country competed at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational hosted by Roberts Wesleyan College Saturday morning. In the field of runners, there were competitors from NCAA Divisions I, II, and III along with runners from the NJCAA ranks.
CANANDAIGUA - The Jamestown Community College cross country team had their best performance of the season as both runners finished in the top-10 at the Finger Lakes Community College Bruce Bridgeman Invitational.
JAMESTOWN – the Jamestown Community College cross country team will be starting its second season of existence and will look to operate under a more traditional route with the runners all competing as one large group. Last season teams would run in a certain time slot due to protocols put in place because of COVID-19.
JAMESTOWN – Director of Athletics and Recreation George Sisson, along with the Jamestown Community College administration, have implemented a spectator policy for the upcoming 2021-22 academic school year.
