
JAMESTOWN, NY - The Jamestown Community College (JCC) women's soccer team fell 8-1 to fifth-ranked Onondaga Community College Sunday afternoon.
Onondaga jumped out to an early lead with a goal in the fifth minute to put JCC in a 1-0 deficit.
Jamestown found an equalizer off of the foot of freshman forward Amara Pacheco, who now has a goal in each of JCC's contests.
It was all undefeated Onondaga from there, as the Lazers scored the next seven goals of the game.
Jayhawks' goalie Morgan Maloney was under file all game, but she kept the net as clean as possible by stopping eight shots for JCC.
The ladies look to get their first win of the season on Wednesday when they visit Monroe Community College.
