FREDONIA, NY - It was another personal best time for Jamestown Community College's (JCC) Carson Dunn, who ran a 33:48 in the 8k of the Niagara Pre-Regional Meet at Fredonia.
Dunn's time cut over 15 seconds off his previous record, which he set just a week ago.
"This was another large meet with primarily division II teams. Carson showed a lot of competitive spirit today. He started a bit too fast but didn't drop back considerably. Although he was undoubtedly exhausted from the quick start, he continued to fight off runners trying to pass him all the way to the end of the race," said head coach Darion Gregory.
JCC cross country is back at it next Monday, the 14th, when they travel to SUNY Geneseo for the Mike Woods Invite.
