OLEAN, NY - The Jamestown Community College (JCC) eSports teams advanced in the Valorant playoffs on Thursday with a win over Seward County Community College Saints.

In the first Best-of-25 match, JCC took a commanding 12-0 round advantage.

After giving up the next 4 rounds, we were able to seal the deal and close out Game 1 with a 13-4 win.

Game 2 started off similarly as the Jayhawks took an 8-0 lead before the Saints were able to take a round.

However, we prevented any snowballing by quickly rebounding and took an 11-1 lead.

After a couple of back-and-forth rounds, we would seal the deal with another 13-4 win to take the best-of-3 series 2-0 and bring home another playoff W. 

With the win, both the Valorant and the Overwatch 2 teams move on and play Saturday at 8:00 PM.

The Valorant team's opponent is TBD, while Drake and the Overwatch squad will take on North West Arkansas Community College.
