The Jamestown Community College Jayhawks women's volleyball team (NJCAA Div. III, 6-3) went on the road to face the Raiders of Fulton-Montgomery Community College (NJCAA DIv. III, 2-1). The Jayhawks played the Raiders close in the first two sets (25-21, 25-23), but ran out of momentum in the third set (25-14), resulting in a 3-0 loss for the Jayhawks. The Jayhawks were led by #5 Shannon Gunnell's (Falconer) 10 kills and 13 digs; #1 Mandy Finch's (Randolph) 9 kills, 6 digs, and 3 aces; #7 Kaitlyn Nye's (Cattaraugus) 24 assists, 4 digs, and 3 aces; #3 Carly Abbate's (Ashville) 8 digs and 3 aces; and #12 Cierra Farmer's (Randolph) 2 kills and 2 blocks.
