The Jamestown Community College Jayhawks women's volleyball team (NJCAA Div. III, 2-2) traveled to Pennsylvania to take on the Saints of Mercyhurst University - North East (NJCAA Div. II). The Jayhawks and Saints split the first two sets (25-22, 18-25). The Jayhawks took over, taking the next two sets (25-20, 25-18) to win the match 3-1. The Jayhawks were led #1 Mandy Finch's (Randolph) 15 digs, 6 kills, and 4 aces, #5 Shannon Gunnell's (Falconer) 15 kills and 15 digs, #3 Carly Abbate's (Ashville) 18 assists and 7 kills, #7 Kaitlyn Nye's (Cattaraugus) 10 assists and 7 digs, #6 Alexis Terrette's 15 digs, and #2 Kayleane Chase's (Randolph) 4 blocks.
