The JCC Jayhawks women's soccer team (NJCAA Div III, 5-10) hosted the Commodores of Lorain County Community College. The Jayhawks got on the board early with a goal by #4 Kenya Stanton (Portland) that was assisted by #14 Julia Anderson (Falconer). The Jayhawks continued to attack the net and scored agian, this time #9 Tiffinni Keyes got the goal. The score was Jayhawks 2, Commodors 0 at the end of the first half. The Jayhawks defense continued to suffocate the Commodores offense, only allowing 3 shots on goal all day. The Jayhawks on the other hand, put up 23 shots on goal. The Jayhawks scored again on a goal form #17 Alicia Guichard, assisted by #8 Rebecca Golley (Ellicottville) to down the Commodores 3-0. The Jayhawks defense was led by #13 Kashauna Learn who had 3 saves while facing 3 shots on goal.
