The Jayhawks were led by Samantha Mann (Frewsburg) who scored 3 goals (first goal assisted by Ellen Merchant (Jamestown), second goal unassisted, third goal assisted by Elizabeth Roosa (Randolph). Ellen Merchant scored a goal (assisted by Samantha Mann) that effectively put the game out of reach for the Cougars. The Jayhawks' defense smothered the Cougars' offense, allowing only 4 shots, led by goalie Tiffinni Keyes' (Randolph) one save.
