Jayhawks to face Lorain County tomorrow evening

JAMESTOWN - After a tough loss against Cuyahoga Community College, the Jamestown Community College women's basketball team is eager to get back on the court.

The Jayhawks (2-4) will face Lorain County Community College, who is also 2-4 on the year.

Thus far, JCC is still averaging slightly over 60 points per game, averaging a 36 percent field goal completion, while grabbing just over 32 rebounds per game.

Gabby Luculano led the Jayhawks in their last appearance with an impressive 16 points and four assists. Abi Lisciandro found her offense with 12 points while grabbing nine rebounds.

Lorain suffered a tough loss against Division II Lakeland in their last game. Vanecia Billings played a great game against Lakeland, with her third consecutive double-double.

Lorain will be at JCC on Monday, December 2nd, for a 5 p.m. tip-off at the Physical Education Complex.
