The Jamestown Community College Jayhawks women's basketball team (NJCAA Div. II, 2-0) hosted the Panthers of University of Pittsburgh-Titusville (NJCAA, 1-1). This matchup seemed good at the end of the half with the Jayhawks holding a slim 11 point lead. However, it quickly turned into a mismatch as the Jayhawks' defense smothered the Panthers' offense and outscored the Panthers 32-9 on route to a 63-29 win. The Jayhawks were led by #11 Elle Reed's (Sherman) 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists; #20 Nakisha Saintval's (North Miami Beach) 18 points and 4 rebounds; #21 Alex Sullivan's (Southwestern) 9 points and 6 assists; #24 Akiah Luceus' (Victory Collegiate) 6 points and 4 rebounds; and #22 Lacey Clark's (Dunkirk) 3 points and 7 rebounds.
