A two-year Mustang and a well-respected player for the Men's Basketball team, Nathan Pelissier (Bois Colombes, France/Lycree Albert Camus) is a role-model for younger student-athletes. Pelissier, originally from Bois Colombes, France, appeared in 22 games for the Mustangs.
As the Mustangs are nearing the start of their season, Head Coach Zane Gibson looks to utilize Pelissier. "Nate is a hard working young man who really has embraced our culture! He is the first guy in last guy out."
Majoring in business marketing, Pelissier plans to get into the field of marketing and travel the world. In his free time Nathan likes to listen to music, travel, adventure in mother nature, and educate himself about history and different cultures throughout the world.
Concluding his senior year, Nathan reflects on how WNMU has impacted him and what it means to be a Mustang. "Being here at WNMU made me discover a home away from home. The combination of nature, great outdoors and helping community makes it a unique place to grow as an athlete, a student and overall as a person."
"I appreciate how Nate has really brought in everything I have asked him to do even though our staff just arrived here a few months ago. If a teammate needs to be picked up Nate is the guy to do it. He is a great conversationalist who will have a great senior year!" praises Coach Gibson
