Jayhawks fall in a close game to Bryant and Stratton-Buffalo

BUFFALO – The Jamestown Community College men's basketball team fell to Bryant and Stratton-Buffalo, 87-80 Thursday evening at the Burt Flickinger Center.

 

The Jayhawks (3-3) were led offensively by Isaac Allen who scored 21 points. Jordan Thomas provided a spark off the bench for JCC, netting 19 points including seven made free throw attempts. Sheick Kourmora rounds out the top scorers for the Jayhawks, dropping 18 points with eight made free throws. Kourmora and Allen had a game-high seven rebounds each. Allen rounded out his performance with four assists.

 

The Bobcats on offense was led by Jonathan Range who had a game-high 23 points. Range was joined by Mick Snowden with 20 points. Tyrell Mitchell rounded out the double-digit scorers for the Bobcats, scoring 16 points off the bench, respectively.

 

Jamestown will have a quick turnaround as they return home to take on Cuyahoga Community College this Saturday at 3 p.m.
