The JCC Jayhawks (NJCAA Div II, 18-5) went on the road to face the Kats of Erie Community College (NJCAA Div II, 9-8). The Jayhawks dominated the first half taking a 29 point lead into the half (60-31). The Kats got on track in the second half but the first half Jayhawk lead was too big to conquer as the Jayhawks downed the Kats 95-77. The Jayhawks were led by #24 Rakim Lesane 's (Coney Island) 29 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals; #22 Samuel Joseph 's (Brooklyn) 19 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists; #21 Kyle Taylor-Mcleggan 's (Harlem) 14 points and 6 assists; #34 Noah Whalen 's (Buffalo) 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists; and#32 Brandon Kemp 's (Brooklyn) 8 points.
