The Jamestown Community College Jayhawks men's basketball team (NJCAA Div. II, 15-10) hosted the Jaguars of Jamestown Community College – Cattaraugus County Campus (NJCAA, Div II, 7-15). The Jayhawks dominated early, taking a 40-27 lead at the end of the first half. Any momentum gained by the Jaguars in the second half was matched by the Jayhawks' offense as the Jayhawks dominated the Jaguars 83-56. The win was capped by Jayhawks center Ohndo Smith scoring the 1000th point of his Jayhawks career. The Jayhawks were led by #34 Ohndo Smith's (Manhattan) double double of 26 points and 18 rebounds; #4 Chris Van Buren's (Brooklyn) 24 points, 5 assists, and 3 rebounds; #20 Jaleel Gary's (Bronx) 15 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists; #15 Akeem Bubb's (Brooklyn) 5 points and 3 rebounds; #33 Kamal Nelson's (Brooklyn) 4 points and 3 rebounds; #21 Dimitri Jarrett's (Brooklyn) 3 points and 3 assists; and #10 Kasean Jackson's (Brooklyn) 6 rebounds.
